Returns & Refunds

AI MANAGEMENT CONSULTING LLC has formulated this Returns & Refunds Policy to clearly outline our practices concerning the procedures for requesting a refund, returning a product, or making an exchange, where applicable.

Order Modification & Cancellation Window
You have a 12-HOUR WINDOW from the time of placing your order to make any related requests, such as editing the size or even canceling the order.

Exchange & Replacement Policy
Exchanges or replacements are accepted solely in cases of DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS. For issues related to incorrect sizes or styles resulting from the customer's incorrect selection, if you wish to order a replacement, we will support you by offering a 20% discount code (excluding the shipping fee). We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Policy Validity Period
Our policy is valid for 30 days from the DATE OF SIGNING FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY. Unfortunately, if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We accept returns on any products you purchase, regardless of quantity.

Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU RECEIVED IT. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Returns (If Applicable)
If you have indeed received items in the wrong sizes or styles compared to your order, we first want to apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us at clothing@vdesignmall.com, and we will provide you with the RETURN ADDRESS. We will be more than happy to replace the items as per your request. Please note that customers are responsible for paying the shipping fee for sending items back to our warehouse.

Refunds (If Applicable)
In the case of damaged or defective items, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the RECEIPT OF YOUR RETURNED ITEM(S). We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will process it and automatically credit the refund amount to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
First, check your bank account again to ensure the refund hasn't been posted yet. If, after confirming that there's no issue with your account and you STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REFUND, please contact us at clothing@vdesignmall.com in the first instance. We'll provide you with professional advice to help resolve the issue.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the SAME PRODUCT, please send us an email at clothing@vdesignmall.com.
